Aapka School Aapke Gaon – scheme launched by J&K Government

schoolJammu and Kashmir Government has launched “ Aapka School Aapke Gaon ” on 24th of October. “ Aapka School Aapke Gaon ” is a scheme to serve the educational purpose of the students residing along the International Border. It aims to cover up the academic losses suffered by those students during Pakistani firing.

The scheme launched under Border Areas Development Program by the state government, would be helpful for the students who got affected due to Pakistani border firing in terms of studies. It will provide proper classes and additional classes to the students wherever required. It will cover the students of International border area and the villages which come within the 5 km range of International Border and Line of Control.

Under the scheme, the government would not only provide classes but would identify suitable place in every border village to accommodate students and provide them proper facilities to study well. It includes the accommodation with proper seating arrangements and lighting facility, so that it becomes convenient for the students to focus well on studies. Through the scheme, it will be easier for those students to cover up the gap and move ahead with the competition.
