How to take Admission into BA LLB Course at National Law School of India University?

You are in right track if you are planning to join BA LLB Course of NLSIU.

Admission into B.A. LLB Program is purely on the basis of Score of CLAT (Common Law Admission Test). 

Total 80 number of student can be enrolled in a financial year for the BA LLB program.

Category Wise Reservation for the Seats:-

  • General Category: 5
  • SC: 12
  • ST: 6
  • Specially Abled Person: 2
  • Foreign Nationals: 5

To take the admission into BA LLB program, you must have a CLAT Score Card. Without CLAT Score no admission is possible for the course.

CLAT will be consisting of objective type questions and will be 2 of hours in duration. The test will carry a maximum of 200 Marks.

Eligibility For the Admission

Educational qualification is a must for the Admission into BA LLB program.

  • Candidate must have passed 10+2 Examination with Minimum Aggregate marks of 50%, 45% for SC/ST Candidates.
  • Age should not be more than 20 years as on 1st July of the year of Admission
  • Age limit can be extended to 22 years for SC/ST/Person With Disability.
