 Delhi High Court today rejected the plea of Private schools, seeking a stay on city government’s nursery admission guidelines that included scrapping of 20 per cent management quota.

Management quota is bread and Butter for the private schools and they earn more than the normal fees from the student. The back door entry will always add more money than the normal admission process. Most of the private school allows students in the midterm also by management quota for the admission, for that they charge more than 5 times of admission fees, which is always go to the management of the school.

The government had termed it as “nationalising the education system” and had contended that nursery admission pointers issued by the LG giving seventy marks to neighbourhood youngsters and abolishing twenty per cent management quota is “against political theory and could be a fastidiously thought-about call passed when an inexpensive gap of seven years and deserves to tend a good likelihood.”
