Exam stress is by far one of the crucial reasons for students under performing after adequate hard work. If breathing exercises are done for a few minutes before sitting for a study session, one can avoid stress to a greater degree. Above all one must remember that there is always a second chance and exam does not mean doomsday. It is an evaluation process and students can always do better the next time.
