Ministry of Human Resource logoMinistry of Human Resource Development is about to launch an All India Survey on Higher Education 2014-15. It is going to be a web-based annual survey which will reflect a pan India study on the higher education in India since 2010-11.

Let the survey come and we shall be able to know how and up to what level the higher education in the country has improved. As of now, HRD Ministry has issued the final reports of AISHE i.e. All India Survey on Higher Education2011-12 along with the provisional reports of AISHE 2012-13.

The survey will be conducted on the basis of different parameters like faculty details, infrastructure, student enrolment, different programs, accreditation, examinations’ result, education finance, scholarships, etc. Once the survey will be done, these parameters will able to tell us the status of higher education finely. The survey will create a clear database which will be reliable enough to give us a better understanding about the picture.

The HRD Ministry and the Government of India are together planning to take many steps to give education a better shape in India. It includes higher education as well as higher education. The hope is still high to touch the sky.
