Tenith Adithyaa, a young genius whose insatiable thirst for knowledge has compelled him to devote his life for inventing new and eco-friendly things. When Adithyaa was mere fifteen he already had more than seventeen inventions to his name, thus bagging prestigious awards along with two Guinness World Record attempts. Adihtyaa concentrates on developing new things by thinking in a different way to arrive at the solution. He had previously stated, “I do not want to live with problems, I want to solve them,” and he follows this statement religiously.

Tenith AdithyaaWhile most boys at his age are either busy with their school work or are struggling with difficult subjects and whining for more free time, Adithyaa focuses fully on how he can create things to help the society. The owner of more than 15 awards, his time is consumed by such thoughts of creating by thinking differently. One of his recent inventions is the Banana Leaf technology by which Adithyaa wants to reduce the use of plastic, thus curbing its harmful effect on the environment. By this technology, it helps to prevent pathogenic agents (bacteria) from destroying the cells of the leaves and making it more convenient to make utilities. This technology which is a seven step manual process that helps in preserving the leaves for over 3 years. It is such a wonderful invention and Adithyaa achieved it by viewing and thinking in a manner which is unprecedented.

Apart for this he is a software, developer. Adithyaa had mastered 35 computer applications and learned six languages when he was a mere boy of fifteen. His adjustable electricity extension board, by which one can put any type of electric plugs wherever space is available, is ready for commercialisation and would greatly help others too. Though shy of his achievements Adithyaa till now is the recipient of 2 National Awards, 7 Titled Awards, 5 State Awards and many District Awards along with the winner of the IGNITE Awards conducted by National Innovation Foundation-India. We can only hope that this boy continues achieving things as he has wished for himself by his motto of thinking in a different way.
