“Make in India” is a campaign launched by Our Honorable Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi on Thursday 25th September. He has started this ambitious project to make our nation a manufacturing hub. Through this campaign he is foreseeing a new India where we will have all the major manufacturing units and will have ample of job opportunities for our youths.
Our Union HRD minister Ms. Smriti Irani had a meeting with the Vice Chancellors of all the Gujrat based universities. She discussed with them to design the courses and curriculum in such a way that it gets aligned with the campaign. It is a long term planning to prepare the students for the next 10 to 20 years to achieve the goal. She also shared the details of a few initiatives at the central level for teachers, training and scholarship.
The initiative of “Make in India” campaign with the required changes in the system will be helpful for the students to target their ambition and work on it. Since the administration is planning so much for it’s coming generation, it’s now the students who have to be clear about their ambitions. The added subjects and modified curriculum will give directions to those ambitions to get in place. It is a clear two way dream, where administration and students will put their hands together to get the dream come true.
