Indian Children rights activist Kailash Satyarthi won the world’s most prestigious Nobel Prize for the year 2014 for his contribution towards the development of important international conventions on children’s right. With maintaining Gandhi’s tradition he was heading various protest and demonstration for rights of Children.
At the age of 60, he won the Nobel Prize and dedicated it to those children who are suffering in slavery, bonded labour and child trafficking.
Bachpan Bachao Andolan is founded by him in 1980 and it saved almost around 80000 India only.
Malaya Yousafzai, won the Crown of Nobel at the age of 17 and she is the youngest ever winner of the prize. She is belongs to Pakistan and an education campaigner. In 2002 she was shot by Taliban gunman and was hospitalised in Queen Elizabeth hospital in Birmingham and she was cured from life-threatening injuries. She then started the Campaign for girl education.
She was also featured in the Times magazine’s 100 most Influential People.
