Minimum Qualification to Apply for NEET – UG Exam
- Candidate must have a qualified class 12th exam with Physics, Chemistry, Biology /Biotechnology (PCB), Mathematics or any other elective subjects with English at a level not less than the core course for English as prescribed by National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT).
- Candidates, those who belong to general category must have secured at least 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology /Biotechnology (PCB), and SC/ST/OBC candidates have to obtain a minimum of 40% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology /Biotechnology (PCB).
Minimum Age Requirement
Candidates must be at least 17 years of age and age limit for general category.
Candidates applying for NEET – UG must be an Indian or Overseas Citizen of India. Foreign Nationals are not allowed to apply for the Test.
