State Boards out of NEET this year, Govt Approved Ordinance In favor of State Board Students


Today Govt approved an ordinance to keep state board out of NEET this year. For one academic year student can use state board Medical Entrance Examination for the admission process. 

Due to less time for preparation, Students are appealed to Supreme court to exempt the Examination for this year as only all India Medical Entrance test to NEET. There is a confusion of boards in the syllabus also. But Supreme court denied the appeal made by Students and First phase of the NEET was finished on 1st may 2016. NEET – II is scheduled to be conducted on 24th July 2016.

Also, Supreme court ordered NEET-I appeared Students are barred from appearing NEET-II

After ordinance passed, students of state boards will not have to attain NEET – II on July 2016. But from next year onwards NEET will become only one All India Medical Entrance Test for Medical Admission. 

Now NEET is applicable only for those students are applying for Central Govt and Private Medical Colleges this year. 

State Board Students are not comfortable with the syllabus of NEET this year, as they find difficulty in it. But NEET will be the Uniform Test for all Medical Admission from next year.
